I don't think my Spring vacation could have been spent in any better way than going to beautiful Seattle to visit my sister and her cute little fam. It was so fun! Krista kept us occupied and always had us doing fun things and Ethan kept me laughing. And not to mention the food markets up there are freaking amazing OK? This is not even a joke! Why is Utah so bloody boring! Why can't it be more like Seattle? Thanks for the great weekend of fun Krista, Steve, and Ethan!
OK, so we went to the Seattle Zoo and we were turning around the corner and saw this gorgeous peacock just hanging out on a fence post. Both Krista and I both thought that the zookeepers didn't know he was there. That was OK though because we got to see him up way close!
P.S. I think this is my new favorite bird--if it was normal thing to have a favorite bird haha.
HUGE ORANGUTANG! We saw him devour some broccoli and then climb up the vines like a big oaf.
The Tulip festival in Seattle. There were so many flowers and to add upon that--it was a clear, sunny day. There were yellow, red, purple and pink flowers but the pink were my favorite.
Can I just say how much I love this kid. Me and him played on the playground while his parents played some tennis. I never stopped laughing while I was with him. I would say to him, "Ethan, you're so cute." and his reply would be, "Yes! I'm cute! And smart!"
Us at Pike's Market! All the flowers behind us were so cheap! You could get a bouquet for 5 bucks! Oh ya, also for any viewers--don't make fun of my long mane of hair.
A sick squid at Pike's market, but I had to capture the moment.

Welcoming myself to the blog world!
I got a blog! Just want everyone to know that right now life is great! I just finished my fourth and might I say hardest (17.5 credits) semester at BYU. Now, I am visiting my beautiful sister in Seattle and just purely taking a break from school. Pictures of this lovely vacation are soon to come!
